IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI Civil Review No.31 of 2023 ...... 1.The Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Hazaribagh 2.The District Engineer, Zila Parishad, Hazaribagh ------ Petitioner(s) Versus 1.Urmila Devi, W/o Late Krishna Murari 2.The State of Jharkhand 3.The Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribagh ------ Respondent(s) …… CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Prabhat Kr. Sinha, Advocate For the State : Mr. Uttam Kr. Das, AC to G.P.-VI …...... 05 / 14.02.2025: By filing this review application, the petitioner has prayed to review order dated 04.01.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No.6011 of 2019. By the aforesaid order, this Court only reiterated the order, which was passed in C.W.J.C. No.2618 of 2000, wherein the direction was given to pay the retiral benefits of the petitioners within one month, failing which, 8% penal interest will accrue. 2. This Court directed to pay the interest amount in terms of order in C.W.J.C. No.2618 of 2000. Since some part of retiral benefits has been paid thereafter definitely in view of order passed in C.W.J.C. No.2618 of 2000, some interest would have accrued on the aforesaid amount which the respondents has to pay. Now the petitioners of this review petition want to bring some documents and argue on the merit of the case, which according to me cannot be allowed. 3. I find no error in the order dated 04.01.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No.6011 of 2019. Thus, there is no ground in this case. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Review is hereby dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S.
