This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing him to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount being deposited before the Registry of this Court. Mr. Goswami submits that he has filed objection. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the 50% of the awarded amount being deposited before the Registry of this Court, subject however to furnishing a bond of equal amount.
