The issue of creation of supernumerary post is pending between respondent- Nagar Panchayat and State, therefore, supernumerary posts are still not created and petitioners are not adjusted. In the aforesaid circumstances, since matter is seized with respondents, therefore, both respondent- Nagar Panchayat and State are directed to expedite the decision to create supernumerary posts.
