Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:21911-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 43253 of 2024 Petitioner :- Bhartiya Mahila Gramodyog Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Anil Kumar Sharma,Mitul Kumar Sharma,Satish Kumar Mishra,Shesh Narayan Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Sanjay Kumar Om Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Arun Kumar Singh Deshwal,J. Petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer to command the respondents to release a sum of Rs.1,00,98,146.00/- towards the work done in 2nd phase of Jal Jeewan Mission at District Mirzapur, under the Namami Gange Project. Sri S.K. Om, learned counsel for the respondents disputes the claim of the petitioner on the ground that work is not undertaken by the petitioner. Be that as it may, we are not inclined to adjudicate the entitlement of the petitioner, at this stage, since such claim has not been accorded consideration by the competent authority. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with the liberty to the petitioner to raise its grievance before the third respondent, annexing all materials in support of its claim. Such claim of the petitioner would be accorded consideration by the third respondent by passing an appropriate reasoned order, within a period of six weeks. The admitted dues of petitioner, if any, shall be released, within a further period of four weeks. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
