The instant petition has been preferred seeking direction for expediting Case No.777/12 of 2021, under Section 125 (3) Cr.P.C. for execution of the order dated 03.09.2021 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kannauj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought attention of the Court upon the order sheet appended along with the instant petition through which it transpires that the matter was posted for one date to another only for issuing recovery warrants in spite of proper service has been considered upon the respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that petitioner is still on the same footings as she was in the year 2021 in spite of having crystal clear orders in the shape of maintenance passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court on 03.09.2021. 4. Considering the prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kannauj is hereby directed to proceed for expediting execution of order dated 03.09.2021 by adopting due process of law, if there is no other legal impediment the entire exercise has to be finalized within nine months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
