Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 2/ Collector District Sakti, C.G. to decide the application of the petitioner dated 25.09.2024 for issuance of registration of Agricultural Cattle Trader Identity Certificate as well as Registration Certificate regarding Inter-State Agricultural Cattle Trading, which is pending consideration before Respondent No. 2 (Annexure P-1) within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2 that, any other relief/ order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 2. The limited relief sought for in this petition is for an appropriate direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the application of the petitioner for issuance of registration of Agriculture Cattle Trader Identity Certificate as also the registration certificate required for the Inter State Agricultural Cattle Trading which is pending consideration before the Respondent No.2 since 25.09.2024 (Annexure P/1). 3. Learned State counsel submits that after due verification of his application, an appropriate order shall be passed at the earliest. 4. Given the said facts, the Respondent No.2 hereby is directed to ensure that after all due verifications his application be decided within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
