However, the petitioner is at liberty to claim any further amount payable to them.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel representing the respondents has furnished a letter dated 17.07.2025, addressed by the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, AP State Agro Industries Development Corporation Limited, Mangalagiri to the Director of Agriculture, Chuttugunta Centre, Guntur, informing that the amount payable to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.17,50,088/- has already been paid to the petitioner vide cheque bearing No.263206, dated 17.07.2025, Indian Overseas Bank, Mangalagiri Branch, and they have also filed acknowledgment received from the petitioner on 17.07.2025, acknowledging the receipt of the said amount. 3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed.
