The applicants have filed the connected Bail Appln. No. 977/2025 praying for their bail in PRC Case No. 817/2024 arising out of Nagaon P.S. Case No. 374/2012. It is submitted that in the connected Bail Appln. No. 977/2025, there are certain typographical Page No.# 3/3 error in the name of the petitioner No. 1, which should have been Mainul Hoque, son of Idrish Ali, but wrongly typed as Mainul Hoque, son of Idris Ali. Further, with regard to the address of the petitioner No. 2, it has been wrongly typed as Village-Rupahi Bhakat Gaon, P.S. Rupahihat instead of Village- Chatian, P.S. Juria. Hence, this interlocutory application for correction of such typographical errors to which Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. The applicants shall provide the corrected copy of the cause title of the connected bail application, giving proper name and address of the petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 in the said Bail Appln.
