This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending their arrest for the offences under Sections 302/34 of IPC. The son of the informant while he was in his in-laws house was burnt. He was taken to the hospital. The informant stated that the deceased gave a dying declaration before him stating that it is these petitioners who have sprinkled kerosene oil upon him and lit him on fire as there was dispute going between the deceased and his wife. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Considering the nature of allegation, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in connection with Giridih (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.94 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih, stands rejected. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
