Fair submission has been made by Sri Shailendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Dev Kaushik, learned counsel for University that there are few judgments passed by this Court that even the Officiating Principal of college affiliated to University are also entitled for salary of post of Principal and since said judgments were not taken note of in impugned order, therefore, opportunity be granted to respondent-3 (Director Education, Higher Education, Prayagraj) to revisit the impugned order. 3. I have considered above submissions and even in absence of learned counsel for petitioner, the impugned order dated 07.09.2024 is set aside and matter is remitted back to concerned respondent with a direction to pass a fresh order in the light of judgments passed by this Court in Dr. Archana Gautam vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:44814 ; Smt. Madhur Dwivedi vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:132144 ; and, Jalvinder Singh vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:140149 within a short period. 4.
