JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while the informant was sleeping, in the meantime, these petitioners came with lathi-danda in drunken condition and started abusing and assaulting informant and other family members, on account of which, three persons sustained injury. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are pattidars and due to land dispute, Maarpeet took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S.
