Nos. 2 to 6 which was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Katihar vide order dated 30.06.2020 in B.P. No. 513 of 2020, arising out of Balia Belone P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34735 of 2020(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial. 4.
