It appears that during pendency of the writ petition wherein the grievance was with regard to cancellation of contract a fresh order has been passed by the respondent, whereby the petitioner is permitted to complete the contract work within the stipulated period and one of the conditions is that he would withdraw the writ petition alongwith other conditions. Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is no longer desirous to press the writ petition.
