The respondent/mother seems to have been entered a appearance as party- in-person by getting a consent to change counsel. She had also filed necessary undertaking on 05.02.2025.When the matter was listed on 25.03.2025, the name of the respondent was shown as party-in-person in the cause list. Even today, the name of the respondent is shown in the cause list as party-in-person and she is not represented before this Court. 3. The applicant/father being the biological father of the minor children, is entitled to have a visitation right as prayed for in the application. 4. In such view of the matter, the applicant/father is permitted to take the minor children namely B R Gautham Karthiyahee and B R Arul Varman from the residence of the respondent/mother on every Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 a.m and shall hand over the children back to the respondent/mother at 02:00 p.m on the same day. 5.
