We have seen from the order impugned that the matter has been directed to be listed today itself (17,03.2025) before the learned single Judge. 2 HCJ & RC, J WA 223 2025 4 In fact, by virtue of the order impugned, only the presence of the parents of the petitioner has been sought before the Court perhaps with a view to get firsthand account of the incident. 3. The grievance of the petitioner before the learned single Judge was that she had been subjected to punishment by making her sit on the floor while :: she was unwell. In our opinion, the order impugned cannot be construed as a ‘judgment’ in view of the principles laid down in Shyam Sel & Power Ltd. vs. Shyam Steel Industries Ltd”*. It would be open to the appellant to agitate the issues before the learned single Judge in the writ proceedings. The present writ appeal is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
