The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant Anil Kumar with the prayer to allow the present application and grant the anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No.166 of 2023 u/s 7 of PC Act, 1988 and 120-B IPC pursuant to FIR dated 6.5.2023 during the pendency of investigation/trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant states that charge sheet in the matter has been submitted but the same has not been annexed in the present petition. Even the subsequent development has not been annexed and as such the present anticipatory bail application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file better petition. 5.
