Petitioner has made a representation to respondent no. 4 on 14.08.2025 regarding retiral dues. Since no decision has been taken thereupon, therefore, petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the authorities to release his retiral dues. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that although petitioner made a representation, however, the representation is made to an authority, who is not competent to take decision in the matter. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation to respondent no. 2. If he makes fresh representation within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken within six months thereafter.
