Case No. 56 of 2024, S.T. Case No.16 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj. On 09.10.2024 at about 2:00 p.m., the informant alongwith her husband had gone to see a football match. At about 8:00 p.m., while they were returning home, accused persons intercepted them. The accused persons are alleged to have stabbed the deceased by knife, due to which, the husband of the informant succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons and only one incised wound was found on the person of the deceased. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj, in connection with Borio P.S.
