Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:28605-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 42523 of 2024 Petitioner :- Sunil Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 13 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Giriraj Pandey,Kashi Nath Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Sher Bahadur Singh Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sher Bahadur Singh,
learned counsel for respondent no.14 and learned Standing counsel. There appears to be a private dispute between petitioner and the private respondent nos.6 to 13 in respect of immovable property which is engaging the attention of the civil court. In such circumstances, if the petitioner is apprehending dispossession, remedy would be to press the injunction application. A writ petition would not lie for such purposes, at the first instance. No direction can be issued to the administrative authorities to interfere in such matters. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum in respect of the grievance raised, this petition is consigned to records.
