Even though the instant writ petition has been filed to quash the auction sale notice dated 2.12.2024, learned counsel for the petitioners confines his relief to the prayer which, he is making today in the Court, i.e. the stay application filed by them along with Securitization Application No.597 of 2023 be considered and decided expeditiously, within a specified period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank-respondents has no objection to the decision of the stay application expeditiously. 4. Without going into the merits of the case and without adjudicating the matter, we direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal to look into the stay application filed by the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it. 5. This order was passed in the presence of Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank- respondents. 6. With the aforesaid directions, this petition stands disposed of.
