ORDER This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 2 & 3 herein to conduct post-mortem upon the body of the petitioner's son, Praveenkumar by exhuming the body, which was buried at Pallagoundenpalam burial ground, Tiruppur District.
2. It is seen that the petitioner's son died on 19.06.2024 and buried on the same day. Being suspicious about the death of his son, the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 11.11.2024 and it is pending. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition with the above prayer.
3. After the period of ten months, the post-mortem cannot be conduced on the body of the petitioner's deceased son. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. However, considering the facts and circumstances. the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
