This application u/s 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the Order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Case no. 04 of 2019 (Noorsabha and another Vs Abrar Ahmad and others) as well as order dated 15.04.2024 passed in Recovery Case no. 04 of 2019 (Noorsabha Vs Abrar) proceeding U/s 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Qasimabad, District Ghazipur, pending in the Court of Leaned Civil Judge (J.D.) Room 1 Mohammadabad, Ghazipur. 3. At the very outset, learned State Law Officer raises a question of maintainability on the ground that the applicant against the order dated 25.05.2022, an appeal lies under Section 29 of the Act. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the fact. 5. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to take legal remedies which are available under law.
