JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 22-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per prosecution case, informant’s mother (deceased) had taken loan of Rs. 20,000/- from this petitioner and in lieu thereof, petitioner was pressurizing the deceased for establishing physical relation with him and due to non- fulfillment of said illegal demand, petitioner also threatened her with dire consequences, on account of which, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself. The post-mortem report also supports the prosecution case. 4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC.
