In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that allowing the proceeding to continue shall be a futile exercise. The proceeding being G.R.Case No. 6926 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court (1st Class), Howrah be quashed. The criminal revision being CRR No. 802 of 2025 is allowed.
