JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 6 13-11-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the Informant and learned Spl. P.P. for the State. 2. This appeal is preferred against the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the Court of District and Additional Sessions Judge-1-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Lakhisarai arising out of SC/ST P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 504, 508 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(r), 3(i)(s), 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the appellant is said to have assaulted the informant. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.296 of 2025(6) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 appellant that the appellant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. 5. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer of the appellant for grant of anticipatory bail and has submitted that the injury cause is grievous in nature. 6. In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed and the interim order dated 06.03.2025 is hereby vacated. 8. The appellant is directed to surrender within the next four weeks from today failing which the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai will take all steps for arrest of the appellant. 9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai through FAX for its compliance. Vikas/- (Sandeep Kumar, J) U
