Sri Kartikeya Saran, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner's suspension order has been recalled. The cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. Faced with this, Sri Pranesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that disciplinary proceedings have not been concluded till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner recasts the relief. The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners is that the disciplinary proceedings may be concluded within a stipulated period of time. Sri Kartikeya Saran, learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer. The respondents are directed to take a decision the matter and finalise the enquiry proceedings within a period of two weeks. The writ petition is disposed of.
