Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Birju Ray alleged that on 11.08.2023, at about 11 O’ Clock, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these appellants came and started assaulting informant by means of iron rod and also threatened with dire consequences. Petitioner No. 1 has got 6 criminal antecedents, petitioner No. 2 has got 3 criminal Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60214 of 2025(5) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 antecedents and petitioner No. 3 has got 4 criminal antecedents. 4.
