Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the impugned order dated 15.09.2023 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil and District Bhadohi, (Annexure No.4) as well as order dated 27.11.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner, Vindhyachal Region, Mirzapur (Annexure No.6)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that against the order impugned the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a second appeal before the Board of Revenue. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the delay has occurred in filing the second appeal. 4. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 5. The petitioner can file an application under Section 5 read with Section 14 of the Limitation Act and in case, such an application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the application. 6.
