In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the District Basic Education Officer, Hathras is personally present in this Court and has filed a compliance affidavit through the Standing Counsel disclosing that the representation of the applicant has been decided and rejected vide order dated 19.02.2025. The order dated 19.02.2025 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notices issued to the opposite parties are discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 19.02.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
