The instant anticipatory bail application has been moved by the applicant for enlarging him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.71 of 2023, under Section 384 of Indian Penal Code, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahar, during pendency of investigation. 3. It is apparent that applicant was arrested by the police and he was released on personal bond by the police authority. Since the applicant has already been released on personal bond and police is not going to arrest the applicant, no interference is warranted. 4.
