By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gorakhpur to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 1350 of 2023 (Anju Paswan Vs. Nitesh Paswan), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Jhangaha, District Gorakhpur, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is husband of opposite party no. 2. The opposite party no. 2 has fired the aforesaid case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. on 19.01.2023 and that no substantial progress has been made so far, due to which applicant is facing difficulty in attending the proceedings. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the concerned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, provided there is no legal impediment. 5. The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of accordingly.
