Case No. 154/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1436/2024 registered under Sections 22(c)/25/29 of the NDPS Act, wherein he was arrested on 26.11.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. S. Islam, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4.
