Vide order dated 23.04.2025, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre on the request made on behalf of the applicants subject to deposit of Rs. 35,000/-. As per the report received from the Mediation Centre dated 28.05.2025, the said amount has not yet been deposited by the applicants. 4. As directed vide order dated 23.04.2025, neither the amount is deposited nor anyone is present to press the instant application. 5.
