Heard Sri Birendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. In the present case, neither learned counsel for the petitioner, nor learned Standing Counsel and even the Court has miserably failed to understand the reasons assigned in the impugned order, whereby the claim of the petitioner for salary on the post of Principal is being rejected. 3. Relevant part of the impugned order is reproduced hereinafter: "जहहाሻ साሻस्थह कके ्ቚममुख कके पद पर अस्थहययी ररकሹኌ तयीस कदन सके अधधिक कक अवधधि कके धलिए नहीሻ हहै वहहाሻ उच्चतर गकेड कके वरर्቗तम कशि्ቌक कको साሻस्थह कके कहयरवहहक ्ቚममुख कके रूप मम कहयर करनके कक अनमुमकत दयी जह सकतयी हहै बशितर कक कशि्ቌक सम्बननधित ्ቌके्ቔ सके हको। धजस गकेड मम वह कनम्नहनमुसहर वकेतन ्ቚहप कर रहह हहै व उच्चतर गकेड मम वकेतन पहनके कह हकदहर हकोगह। उरवरतत्व अवगत हको। सकेवह पमुनस्तकह ममूलि रूप मम आपकको वहपस कक जहतयी हहै।" 4. Accordingly, impugned order dated 15.6.2024 passed by DIOS, Banda is set-side and matter is remitted back to him to decide it afresh and pass a reasoned order and he is directed to pay Rs.5000/- as cost to the petitioner within a short period. 5.
