Borthakur, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely, Aynal Hoque, apprehending arrest in connection with PRC No. 352/2024 under Page No.# 2/2 Section 147/148/341/294/323/353/307/336/506 of IPC after completion of investigation in Mankachar PS Case No. 665/2020. 3. The case is stated to be at the stage of appearance before the learned SDJM(M), Hatsingimari and next date is 09.10.2025. 4. Scanned TCR has been received. 5. It is submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been indicated as an absconder in the charge-sheet as he did not co-operate in the investigation despite issuance of BWA against him. It is submitted on behalf of the accused that he seeks to appear before the learned court below and shall participate in the trial. 6. Allowing the bail petition, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner, named above, in connection with above mentioned case, he shall be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with a suitable surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the arresting authority with the following conditions that the petitioner: (a) Shall appear before the learned court below; (b) Shall not hamper or tamper with evidence of the case. 18.
