In this writ petition, he has sought the following reliefs:- “i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 20- 03-2025 issued by respondent no. 1 (contained as Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition). ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to take possession of the property of petitioner pursuant to the impugned notice dated 20-03-2025 issued by respondent no. 1 (contained as Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition). iii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to take any coercive measures against the petitioner’s property pursuant to impugned order dated 20-03- 2025 issued by respondent no. 1.” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner initially made a statement that petitioner has repaid the entire outstanding dues, however, today he submits that petitioner has repaid a sum of Rs. 18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lacs only) 2025:UHC:8989 to the bank and petitioner is ready to repay the remaining amount within one month. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to repay the balance amount to the bank, within one month from today. In case of default, the bank shall be at liberty to proceed against petitioner, as per law.
