For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), and/or direction upon the respondent authorities to amend notification dated 18.10.2017 issued in Prabhat Khabar under section 11 (1) of the Act, 2013 And change the beneficiary of the land pertaining to Khata No. 14, Plot No. 1175 and 1176 situated at mauja- Konka, Thana No. 198 Dist.- Ranchi measuring an area of 5.663 Decimals and 1.606 Decimals, as raiyati land and rely upon the revenue records. II. For direction upon the respondent authorities to treat the land pertaining to Khata No. 14, Plot No. 1175 and 1176 situated at mauja- Konka, Thana No. 198 Dist.- Ranchi measuring an area of 5.663 Decimals and 1.606 Decimals, as raiyati land, for determination of fair compensation as per the market rate. III. For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), and/or direction upon the respondent authorities to pay the compensation amount determined by the authority after treating the land pertaining to Khata No. 14, Plot No.- 1175 and 1176 situated at mauja-Konka, Thana No.198, Dist.- Ranchi measuring an area of 5.663 Decimals and 1.606 Decimals, as raiyati land.” 2025:JHHC:29465 2 W.P.(C) No.1657 of 2022 3.
