Heard Mr. Shailendra Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate for respondent / State. 2. The present application has been filed, praying for following relief :- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kinldy be pleased to allow this application and the original copy of ANNEXURE P/2, ANNNEXURE P/3, ANNEXURE P/4 and ANNEXURE P/5 filed in Writ Petition (PIL) No-4/2025 mawy be returned after depositing the photocopy pf the same, in the interest of justice.” 3 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to confusion at the time of hearing, the counsel could not point out and prayed for return of original documents. This is a bonafide mistake and therefore the same may be condoned and the documents Annexure P/2 to Annexure P/5 filed in Writ Petition (PIL) No-4/2025 may be returned to him, otherwise the petitioners would suffer irreparable damages. 4. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the documents appended in this application. 5. Accordingly, this application stands allowed. 6. Original copy of the documents annexed in the Writ Petition (PIL) No-4/2025 may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioners after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
