In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel representing the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit stating that the order passed by the writ Court has been complied and an order dated 18.12.2024 has been passed by the Chief Superintendent, Divisional District Hospital, Azamgarh whereby the claim of the applicant for regularization of his services has been rejected. The order dated 18.12.2024 has been annexed with the compliance affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 18.12.2024 on merits before appropriate forum.
