The present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner to issue an appropriate order or direction to the learned Principal Judge Family Court, Dehradun to dispose of the proceedings of O.S. No.449 of 2021, titled as “Shashank Garg vs. Richa Garg”, under Section 13(1)(ia), 25, 26 & 27 of Hindu Marriage Act on merits on a single date without further adjournments and no new documents to be taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a submission that the matter has ripen to the stage of final arguments but on one pretext or the other, the Respondent is trying to evade the proceedings by moving application for taking documents on record; oral and documentary evidence have been completed and the matter is fixed for final hearing, therefore, direction may be passed according to the prayer made in the present petition. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Judge Family Court, Dehradun to dispose of the proceedings of O.S. No.449 of 2021, titled as “Shashank Garg vs. Richa Garg”, under Section 2025:UHC:8205 13(1)(ia), 25, 26 & 27 of Hindu Marriage Act on merits, as the expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
