This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant, Smti. Anita Dey Page No.# 2/2 for implead as respondent No. 2 in RERA Appeal No. 6/2023. 3. Ms. Rai, learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is the applicant on whose complaint the RERA proceeding was initiated and that she is a necessary party and required to be impleaded as respondent No. 2 in RERA Appeal No. 6/2023. 4. Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the opposite party/appellant submits that he has no objection in the event of allowing this application. 5. Taking note of the submissions of learned Advocates of both sides, and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 6. Accordingly, the applicant herein shall be impleaded as respondent No. 2 in RERA Appeal No. 6/2023. Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the opposite party/appellant shall file amended cause title of RERA Appeal No. 6/2023, within a period of one week from today. 7. Ms. Rai, learned counsel for the applicant submits that necessary direction may be issued to Mr. Nath, learned counsel for the opposite party/appellant for furnishing a copy of the connected interlocutory application along with the memo of appeal. 8. Mr. Nath undertakes to furnish the same after filing amended cause title of the memo of appeal. 9. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
