The present applications have been filed by the petitioners seeking modification of the judgment dated 10.10.2025, whereby this Court had allowed the respective petitions. 2. It is pointed out that the order which was impugned in the petitions was one by way of which the learned Trial Court had taken cognizance of the offence under Section 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (‘POCSO Act’) and issued summons to the petitioners (in CRL.REV.P. 311/2023), however, the judgment dated 10.10.2025 inadvertently records the same to be an order by way of which charge was framed for the aforesaid offence. 3.
