(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 6.6.2025, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of office order dated 3.6.2025, this Court finds that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, petitioner has 2 been transferred from GSSS Ghain District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh to GSSS Sanjauli, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. 3.
