3/6 WP No. 10829 of 2025 2.Heard Mr.P.R.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application to the 2 nd respondent along with all the necessary particulars and documents. On receipt of the same, the 2 nd respondent shall act upon the application strictly in line with the title documents and the TSLR extract and proceed further with the process of survey, sub division and issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law. The entire process shall be completed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner.
