This Court, vide order dated 30.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4936 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Nand Kumar Marko had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Katghora District-Korba KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 17.02.2025 has requested for grant of further two months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in this case, the evidence of prosecution witnesses had been completed and this case was fixed at the stage of the accused's statement however, the accused, Nandkumar Marko, was absent on 21-01-2025. In his absence, a warrant of arrest was issued against him on 27-01-2025, but the issued warrant has not been received back as executed/ unexecuted. Due to the above reasons, the case could not be concluded within a prescribed time. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time therefore, he prays for grant of two months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
