Applicants seek anticipatory bail in FIR No.95 of 2023, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station Clementown, District Dehradun. Heard. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the applicants have also challenged the FIR in WPCRL No.1295 of 2023, in which orders have been passed that no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. Since orders have already been passed in the writ petition that coercive action shall not be taken against the applicants, it means that the applicants are not apprehending their arrest.
