This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Surksha Sanhita, 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 329(4)/ 115(2)/ 74/351(2)/ 64/ 62/ 3(5) of BNS. 4. The learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail 5. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has inappropriately touched the victim and along with others tried to commit rape and other two to three associates tried to make video. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Pakur (Town) P.S. Case No.262 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M. at Pakur, stands rejected.
