The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Etmadpur, District Agra/respondent no. 2 to decide the petitioner's application dated 25.10.2023 within any stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in circumstances of the case." 3. In the present matter partition suit is pending before the authority concerned. At this stage, there is no requirement of giving any direction. The statutory authority are required to decide all the applications which have been filed by the parties. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
