The application, for the reasons stated therein and those urged at the Bar, is allowed and it is provided that in the Judgment dated 21st of November, 2025 passed in CRM (M) No. 444/2025 c/w CRM (M) No. 6/2025, instead of FIR Nos. 96/2025 and 97/2025, FIR Nos. 96/2016 and 97/2016 be read, wherever mentioned.
