No. 19703 of 2024, dated 22nd October 2024 and consequently, to issue a direction to defreeze the above accounts and transfer the respective amounts to the petitioner's bank account. 2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. It is seen that the learned Magistrate, in Crl.M.P. No. 19703 of 2024, by order dated 22.10.2024, directed the second and third respondents to defreeze the petitioner's account and transfer the amount to the petitioner's account as interim custody. In view of the above, the second and third respondents are directed to comply with the order passed by the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.
